Cancellation Policy

We make it simple and transparent for you to adjust or cancel your booking with Tanah Wuk Villas Bali.

  1. Standard Bookings

    • Cancel more than 48 hours before check-in → Full 100% refund.
    • Cancel within 48–24 hours before check-in → 50% refund.
    • Cancel within 24 hours or no-show → No refund.

  2. Non-Refundable Rates

    • Promotional packages and special discounted rates explicitly marked as “Non-Refundable” cannot be cancelled or refunded under standard circumstances.

  3. Special Events & Peak Dates

    • During high season, public holidays, Nyepi (Day of Silence), Christmas, and New Year dates, a 14-day advance cancellation window applies. These terms will be clearly displayed prior to booking confirmation.

  4. How to Cancel / Modify

    • Contact our 24/7 reservations team at info@tanahwukvillas.com with your Booking Reference Number.
    • Once confirmed, eligible refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

  5. Refund Policy

    • Refunds will always be credited directly to the original credit card or bank account used for the booking.
    • Processing times usually take between 7–10 working days, depending on your bank's international clearance protocols.
