Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Tanah Wuk Villas. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before booking your stay.

1. Reservations & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure a booking, a valid credit card is required.

• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.
• Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to 21% government tax and service charge.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our property:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, or in case of a no-show, will incur a 100% penalty of the total booking cost.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out time is 12:00 (Noon). Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the peace and tranquility of the Tanah Wuk estate. Any damage to the villa, property, or its contents caused by the guest or their invitees will be charged to the guest's account.

5. Liability

Tanah Wuk Villas accepts no responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your stay. Guests are advised to ensure they have adequate travel insurance prior to arrival.
